     8.檢查泵軸是(shì)否轉動靈活；

     9.泵的(de)内部(bù)不能是幹的，特(tè)别是需(xū)要自吸的(de)時候(hòu)，應向泵内灌注一些油或(huò)輸送(sòng)的液體；

     10.泵(bèng)組裝時(shí)在零件的表面有防護液，如果這種液體不能和(hé)泵送液體相容，則必須清洗；

     11.最(zuì)好在管路上安裝壓力表(biǎo)和真空表，方便觀察泵的工作狀态；

     12.檢查機械密封箱是否注(zhù)滿液體；

     13.檢查管(guǎn)路的(de)閥門是否打開；

     14.如果(guǒ)用内燃(rán)機驅動，請在起動(dòng)發動機前保(bǎo)持離合器脫開；

     泵起動(dòng)後，檢查液體(tǐ)是(shì)否進(jìn)入到泵中，泵是(shì)否工作正常，如果長時間無液體進(jìn)入泵中，應(yīng)停機檢查泵及管路。
