   kcb齒輪泵主要(yào)有齒(chǐ)輪、軸(zhóu)、泵體、安全閥(fá)、軸端密封所組成(chéng)。齒輪(lún)經熱處理(lǐ)有較高的硬度和強(qiáng)度，與(yǔ)軸一同安(ān)裝在(zài)可(kě)更換的軸套(tào)内運轉。泵(bèng)内全部零件的潤滑均在泵工(gōng)作時利用(yòng)輸出(chū)介質(zhì)而(ér)自動達(dá)到(dào)。kcb gear pump are mainly gear, shaft, pump body, valve, shaft end seal. gear after heat treatment with high hardness and strength, and shaft installed in the replaceable shaft sleeve. in all parts of the lubrication pump are pump work automatically to achieve using the output media.

   泵設(shè)有安(ān)全閥作為(wéi)超載(zǎi)保護，安全閥的(de)全(quán)回流壓力為(wéi)泵額(é)定排除壓力的1.5倍，也(yě)可在允許(xǔ)排出壓力(lì)範圍内根據實際需要另(lìng)外調(diào)整。但注(zhù)意本(běn)安全閥(fá)不(bú)能作減壓閥(fá)的長(zhǎng)期工作，需要時可在(zài)管路上另(lìng)行安(ān)裝。從主軸外(wài)伸(shēn)端向(xiàng)泵看(kàn)，為順時針旋(xuán)轉(zhuǎn)。pump is equipped with safety valve as overload protection, the total reflux pressure relief valve is rated pump out pressure of 1.5 times, also can allow discharge pressure range according to actual needs and adjust. but note that this cannot be a long-term work pressure reducing valve, relief valve can be installed in the piping shall be separately when necessary. to pump from the main shaft overhang end to see, for clockwise.  kcb齒輪(lún)泵安(ān)裝順序: kcb gear pump installation order:

　　1、在(zài)安裝過程中，為(wéi)防止(zhǐ)雜物(wù)落(luò)入機器内，機(jī)組的(de)所有孔(kǒng)眼均應(yīng)蓋好(hǎo)。1, during the installation process, so as to prevent debris into the machine, all perforation should cover of the unit.

　　2、在接好管路及确定電動(dòng)機轉動(dòng)方向後(hòu)，再接(jiē)上聯軸器(qì)，并再(zài)校(xiào)核(hé)一遍(biàn)軸的同心度。2, good on the line and determine the direction of motor rotation, and coupling is connected, check it again and shaft concentricity.

　　3、校(xiào)正泵軸和電機(jī)軸的(de)同(tóng)心(xīn)度(dù)，在聯軸大路外圓上，允許(xǔ)偏差0.1毫米；兩聯軸器平(píng)面的間隙(xì)應保(bǎo)證2～4毫(háo)米(mǐ)，（小泵(bèng)取(qǔ)小值）間隙(xì)要均(jun1)勻，允差0.3毫(háo)米。3, calibration of pump shaft and motor shaft concentricity, cylindrical, along the road in coupling allowable deviation of 0.1 mm;in the plane of the two coupling gap should guarantee 2 ~ 4 mm, small little pump (in value) clearance wants even, tolerance of 0.3 mm.

　　4、将(jiāng)機組放在埋有(yǒu)地腳(jiǎo)螺(luó)栓的基(jī)礎上，在底座與基礎之間(jiān)，用成(chéng)對的(de)楔(xiē)墊(niàn)用校(xiào)正用。4, put the unit in buried with anchor bolt, on the basis of between the base and foundation, with pairs of wedge cushion with correction.

　　5、為防止管線中雜物(wù)進入(rù)泵内(nèi)，對新安裝(zhuāng)的管(guǎn)線，在泵膠(jiāo)應裝設(shè)過濾器，其有(yǒu)效截面應(yīng)大于吸入(rù)管截(jié)面的2～3倍。5, in order to prevent debris into the pump in the pipeline, pipeline of new installation glue should be installed in the pump filters, the effective cross section should be greater than the suction pipe section 2 ~ 3 times.

　　6、松開聯軸大，用水平儀分别放在泵軸和底(dǐ)座(zuò)上，通過調整楔墊，校正(zhèng)機組水平，适當(dāng)擰緊地(dì)腳螺栓(shuān)，以防(fáng)走動。6, loose coupling, use level on the pump shaft and base, respectively, by adjusting the wedge cushion, correction unit level, tighten the anchor bolts, just in case.

　　7、在機(jī)組實際試(shì)運行(háng)2～3小時(shí)後(hòu)，作最後(hòu)檢查(chá)，如無(wú)不良(liáng)現象(xiàng)，則認為安(ān)裝合(hé)格。
