 ●3G三螺杆泵(bèng)輸送(sòng)各種油類時(shí)應注意事項:When conveying various oil matters should be paid attention to:

    1、輸(shū)送40~150mm2/s的油類最合适,允許按泵的最高工作壓力使用。2、輸送(sòng)40mm2/s以下的油類,為保證(zhèng)泵的流量及壽命應降壓使用。3、輸送150mm2/s以上的油類,且進油管道過長,彎頭過多,泵工作(zuò)時如産生噪音(yīn)或振(zhèn)動現象(xiàng),則應考慮更換低一級轉速(sù)的電機運轉或縮短(duǎn)吸入管道,減少彎頭。1, delivery was 40 ~ 150 / s best oils, permitted to use according to the maximum working pressure of pump.2, transmission oil, under 40 was/s in order to ensure the pump flow and life should be used antihypertensive.3, transmission of more than 150 was/s oils, and the oil inlet pipe is too long, too much bend, such as noise or vibration phenomenon when the pump work, should consider to replace the low level of rotational speed of motor operation or shorten the suction pipe, reducing elbow.

 3G型三螺杆泵安裝要求:3 g type three-screw pump installation requirements:

3G型(xíng)三螺(luó)杆泵的使用

  1、泵啟動前,必須全開進(jìn)油和排油閘閥。The use of 3 g type three-screw pump 1, before starting the pump, oil inlet must be fully open and oil discharge gate valve.2、首次啟動泵或再次使用長期封存的泵時,泵内無介質,應在泵(bèng)的進油腔灌(guàn)注适量輸送介(jiè)質,避免泵幹啟動。2, start the pump for the first time or again for a long time use of the pump, the pump inside without medium, should be in the inlet of the pump cavity perfusion amount transfer medium, avoid dry start pump 3、泵啟動後,應密切注(zhù)意電流(liú)表,壓力表和真空表的數值,超出規定值時,應停泵找出原(yuán)因後,再行啟動。3, the pump starts, should pay close attention to current meter, pressure gauge and vacuum gauge value, beyond the specified value, should stop pump after find out, start again.4、軸封處點滴洩露(lù),應屬正常現象,當洩露量大量增加時,對軟填料密(mì)封應壓緊填料壓蓋,對機械密(mì)封應停泵修複後,再行啟動。4, shaft sealing drip leakage, should belong to the normal phenomenon, when the leak amount of increase, the soft packing seal should be compression packing gland, to pump mechanical seal shall be shutdown after repair, start again.5、用(yòng)高溫蒸汽清掃(sǎo)管線(xiàn)時,應避免(miǎn)高溫蒸汽通過泵内。5, with high temperature steam cleaning pipeline, should avoid high temperature steam through the pump.6、如果泵長(zhǎng)期不工作時,應進行(háng)油(yóu)封,并定期檢查油封情(qíng)況,必要時重新油封。6, if the pump is not working for a long time, should carry on the oil seal, and regularly check oil seal, oil seal again if necessary.

 

●三螺杆泵特點及優點:

  (1)壓力和流量(liàng)範圍寬闊,流量範圍0.2320m3/h最高工作壓力可達5MPa;(2)運送液體的種(zhǒng)類(lèi)和粘度範圍寬廣,粘度(dù)範圍1mm2/s-760mm2/s;(3)因為三螺杆泵内的回轉部件慣性(xìng)力較低,故可使用很(hěn)高的轉速;(4)吸入性能好,具有很強的自吸(xī)能力;(5)流量(liàng)均勻連續(xù),振動(dòng)小,噪音低,幾乎(hū)沒有(yǒu)脈動;(6)三螺杆泵結構堅實,安裝方便有(卧式、立式、法蘭式、插(chā)裝式)保(bǎo)養容易;(7)三螺(luó)杆泵具有很強的耐熱性,一般工作溫(wēn)度是(1~250°C)超過此溫度(dù)需特制;(8)根據所(suǒ)輸送介(jiè)質需(xū)要還可提供加熱或冷卻結構;(9)三螺杆泵幾乎沒有磨損(sǔn),三螺(luó)杆泵隻要選型正确,使用(yòng)壽命長。(10)三螺杆(gǎn)泵的工作效率高。

●三螺杆泵注意事項

    1.三螺杆泵的轉速(sù)選用:三螺杆泵的流(liú)量與轉速成線(xiàn)性關系,相對于(yú)低轉速的螺杆(gǎn)泵,高轉速的螺(luó)杆泵雖(suī)然能增加了(le)流量和揚(yáng)程,但功率(lǜ)明顯(xiǎn)增大,高轉速加速了轉子與定子間(jiān)的磨(mó)耗,必定使螺杆泵過早失效(xiào),而且高(gāo)轉速螺杆泵的定轉子長度很短,極易磨損,因(yīn)而縮短了螺杆(gǎn)泵的使用壽命。通過減(jiǎn)速(sù)機或無級調速機構來降低轉(zhuǎn)速,使勘轉速保持在每分三百轉以下較為合理的範圍内,與高速運轉的螺杆泵(bèng)相比,使用壽命能延長幾倍。

    2.螺杆泵的品質:現(xiàn)在市場上(shàng)的螺杆(gǎn)泵的種類較多,相對(duì)而言,進口的(de)螺杆泵設計合(hé)理,材質精(jīng)良,但(dàn)價格較高,服務方面有的不到位,配(pèi)件價格高,訂貨周期長(zhǎng),可(kě)能影響生産的正常(cháng)運行。國内生(shēng)産的大都仿制進口産品,産品(pǐn)質量良莠不齊,在選用國内生産的産品時,在考(kǎo)慮其性價(jià)比的時候,選用(yòng)低轉速,長導程,傳動量部件材質優良,額定壽命長的産品。

    3.确保雜(zá)物不進入泵體:濕污(wū)泥中混(hùn)入的固(gù)體雜物會對螺杆泵的橡膠材質(zhì)定子造成損壞(huài),所以确保雜物不進入泵的腔(qiāng)體是很(hěn)重要的,很(hěn)多污水廠在泵前加裝了粉碎機,也有的安裝格栅裝置或濾網,阻擋雜物進入螺杆泵,對于(yú)格栅應及時清撈以免造成堵塞。

    4.保持恒定的出(chū)口壓力:螺杆泵是一種容積式回轉泵,當出口端受阻以後,壓力會逐漸升(shēng)高,以至于超過預(yù)定的壓力值.此時電機負荷(hé)急劇增加.傳動機械相關零件的負載也會超出設計值,嚴重時會發生電機燒毀,傳動零件斷裂(liè).為了避免螺杆泵(bèng)損壞,一般會在三螺杆泵出口處安裝旁(páng)通溢流閥,用(yòng)以穩定出口壓力,保持泵的正常運轉。

    5.避免斷料:三螺杆泵決不允許在(zài)斷料的(de)情形下運轉,一經發生,橡膠(jiāo)定子(zǐ)由于幹磨擦,瞬間産(chǎn)生高(gāo)溫而燒壞,所以,粉碎機完好,格栅暢通是(shì)螺杆泵正常運轉的必要條件之一,為(wéi)此,有些螺杆泵還在泵(bèng)身上安裝了斷料停機裝置,當發生斷料時,由(yóu)于螺杆泵其有自(zì)吸功能的特(tè)性,腔體内會産(chǎn)生真空(kōng),真空裝(zhuāng)置會使螺杆泵停止運轉。

●螺杆磨損五點原因(yīn):

    1、每種塑料(liào),都有一個理想塑化的加(jiā)工溫度範(fàn)圍,應該控制料筒加工溫度,使(shǐ)之接近這個溫度範圍。粒狀塑(sù)料從料鬥進入料筒,首先會到達加料段,在加料段必然會出(chū)現幹性磨(mó)擦,當這些塑料受熱不足(zú),熔融不均時,很易造成料筒内壁及螺杆表面磨損增大。同樣,在壓縮段和均化段(duàn),如果塑料的熔融狀态(tài)紊亂不均,也(yě)會造成磨損增快。

    2、轉速應調校(xiào)得當(dāng)。由于部分塑料(liào)加(jiā)有強化劑,如玻璃(lí)纖維、礦物質或其他填充料。這些物(wù)質對金屬材質(zhì)的磨擦力往往比熔融塑料的大得多。在注塑這些塑料時,如果用(yòng)高的轉速成,則在提高(gāo)對塑料的剪切力的同時,亦将令強化相應地産生更多被撕碎的纖維,被撕碎的纖維含有(yǒu)鋒利末端,令磨損力大為增加。無(wú)機礦物質在金(jīn)屬表(biǎo)面高速滑(huá)行時,其刮削作用也不小(xiǎo)。所以(yǐ)轉速不宜調得太高(gāo)。

    3、螺杆在機筒内轉動,物料與二者的摩擦,使螺杆與機筒的工作表面逐(zhú)漸磨損:螺(luó)杆直徑逐漸縮小(xiǎo),機筒的内孔直徑(jìng)逐漸加大。這(zhè)樣,螺(luó)杆與機筒的配合(hé)直徑間隙(xì),随着二者的逐漸磨損而一點(diǎn)點加大。可(kě)是,由(yóu)于機筒前面機(jī)頭和(hé)分流闆的阻力沒有改變,這就增加(jiā)了被擠塑物料前進時的漏流量(liàng),即物料(liào)從直徑(jìng)間隙處向進料方向流動量增加(jiā)。結果使塑膠機械生(shēng)産量下降(jiàng)。這種現(xiàn)象(xiàng)又使物料在機(jī)筒内(nèi)停留時間增加,造成物(wù)料分解(jiě)。如果是聚乙烯,分解産生的氯化氫(qīng)氣體加強了對螺杆和(hé)機筒的腐蝕。

    4、 物料中如有碳酸鈣(gài)和玻(bō)璃纖維等(děng)填充料,能加快螺杆和機(jī)筒的磨損。

    5、 由于物料沒有(yǒu)塑化均勻,或是有金屬異物混入料(liào)中,使螺杆轉動扭矩力突然增(zēng)加,這種(zhǒng)扭矩超出螺杆的強度(dù)極限,使螺杆扭斷。這是一種非(fēi)常規事故損壞。
