　　高粘度泵是容(róng)積式内齧(niè)合齒輪(lún)泵，主動齒輪（外轉子）帶動被動齒輪（内轉子）旋轉時，不斷産(chǎn)生封閉的(de)空間，在吸油區齒輪逐漸脫離齧合而液體不斷地充滿(mǎn)齒間并被帶到出油(yóu)區，齒(chǐ)輪在出油區進入齧合(hé)時液體被排出。兩個旋轉齒輪的共同作用，形成一個穩定的體積排量，沒(méi)有脈動。由于泵是(shì)完全對(duì)稱的，泵可(kě)以反轉，液流方向也随之改變。但應注意(yì)，泵的轉向可能受到密封或泵内其它結構的限制，用戶(hù)有反轉要求時應在訂貨時做出說明。　　

●高粘度泵優點：

　　轉子泵的軸向位置可調，不需(xū)要拆泵。

　　泵采用模塊化設計，可根據不同的使用要求(qiú)更換不(bú)同(tóng)部件。可(kě)選夾層結(jié)構，以方(fāng)便對泵加熱或冷卻，可以(yǐ)選擇是否帶安全閥，可以選擇不(bú)同的密封形式，詳見密封結構圖。泵的各個零件可以選用不同的材質以适應具體使用要求。

　　不同的使用條件，泵的結構形式可能不同，具體應用請向廠家或本公(gōng)司客(kè)戶代表咨詢。需要指出的是泵的轉速愈高，泵的磨損愈嚴重，液體中如含有(yǒu)磨料物質，泵的材料應選用耐(nài)磨材質，在此種工況下，泵(bèng)的(de)壓力和轉速都應降低，高溫(wēn)條件下，則應增加泵的間隙，并(bìng)采用耐熱材料 。

　　流動穩定：流量(liàng)與(yǔ)齒輪轉速成正比，與壓力(lì)無關

　　流(liú)動(dòng)平穩：沒(méi)有脈動和壓力波峰，不會産生管道(dào)顫動。

　　多功能性：僅僅通過調整轉子軸的位置，同一台(tái)泵既可以出來稀(xī)釋溶(róng)液又可以出來瀝青，糖漿，樹脂，聚合物等高粘度液體。

　　可逆性：可以通過改變齒輪的旋轉方向使液體(tǐ)反向流(liú)動，兩種(zhǒng)方向都能充分發揮泵的性能

　　自吸性：由泵産生高真空，允許(xǔ)在最大自吸高度實現快速自吸，取決于泵送液體的物理特性（溫(wēn)度，蒸汽壓力，粘度等）。

　　建議(yì)性：隻有兩個活動部件(jiàn)：主動輪和動輪，隻有一個軸封。

　　堅固的重載結構(gòu)：低轉速。特大球軸承的外部軸承座可以(yǐ)承受軸向和徑向負載。

　　磨(mó)損率低：由于主(zhǔ)動(dòng)輪和從動齒輪不成倍數關系。這(zhè)就意味着磨損可以被均(jun1)勻的分散在每個齒輪上(shàng)。因為一個齒輪上的每一個齒輪接觸另一個齒輪上的(de)每一個齒輪的次數(shù)一樣。

磨損調節系統(tǒng)：轉子邊(biān)緣的磨損可以通過調整轉子軸(zhóu)的位置來補償。這樣，即使(shǐ)在有相當大的磨損的情況下，也(yě)可(kě)以保證泵的穩定性。

　　維護簡單，維護率低：不用移動泵，管道或泵(bèng)驅動裝置就可以進行檢查和調節。

　　互動性：标準組件的設(shè)計(jì)可實(shí)現不同(tóng)材料和特性零部件之間的替換。例如：有(yǒu)多種軸封系統可供選擇(zé)，還可以安(ān)裝帶夾套(tào)的外殼(ké)和軸蓋來代替标準部件。

　　端(duān)口位(wèi)置可改變：泵殼可在(zài)軸承箱上(shàng)旋轉以從(cóng)不同位置處(chù)吸排液體。

　　預熱：加熱夾套或是與外殼鑄成一體，或是安裝在端蓋上(shàng)，或是安(ān)裝在填料壓蓋(gài)上。

　　旁路(lù)安全閥：旁(páng)路安全閥安裝在(zài)泵上并且容易調節，在有些型号(hào)的泵上采取雙重安(ān)全閥并帶加熱夾(jiá)套。●高粘度(dù)泵的工(gōng)作壓力的選定

　　1, select the work pressure

　　高粘度(dù)泵額定(dìng)的壓(yā)力是指泵連續工作(zuò)時的最高許用壓力，而其工作壓力則決(jué)定于外(wài)部負載，安裝和調試的(de)壽命與其(qí)工作壓力直接相關(guān)。對于不頻繁工作的(de)齒輪泵，其工作壓力可取為泵的額定壓(yā)力，考慮到産品質量不同，最好将額定壓力降低20%～30%使用。對(duì)于經常工作于較高壓力下的齒輪泵，其工作壓力應比泵的額定壓力低1～2個壓力級。石(shí)油化工設(shè)備常常是24小時連續運轉，這時泵的工作壓力應該取得比額定壓(yā)力低得多，且工作(zuò)轉速也(yě)應該低(dī)于額定轉速(sù)。如果高粘度齒輪泵(bèng)的工作壓力調整(zhěng)過高，則會使(shǐ)齒輪(lún)泵在超負荷下(xià)運行。High viscosity pump rated pressure refers to the maximum allowable pump continuous work pressure, and its working pressure is determined by the external load, installation and commissioning of life is directly related with work pressure.For not frequent work gear pump, the working pressure is desirable for the rated pressure of the pump, taking the quality into consideration, it is best to used pressure rated lower 20% ~ 30%.For often work under high pressure gear pump, the working pressure shall be lower than the rated pressure of the pump 1 ~ 2 pressure level.Petrochemical equipment are often 24 hours of continuous operation, and at this time of the pump working pressure should be obtained was much lower than the rated pressure, and the work speed should be lower than the rated speed.If the high viscosity gear pump high pressure adjustment, will make the pump running under overload.

●NYP高粘(zhān)度泵(bèng)的安裝與試運轉

　　Installation and commissioning

　　高粘度泵的支座(zuò)或法蘭與(yǔ)其驅動電機應采用共(gòng)同的安(ān)裝基礎，基礎、法蘭或支座均需(xū)具有足夠(gòu)的剛度，以減小齒輪泵運轉時産生(shēng)的振動和噪聲。電動機與齒輪泵須用彈性聯軸器連接，同軸度(dù)小于0.1毫米，傾斜角不得大于1度。安(ān)裝聯軸器時不得用錘敲打，以免傷害齒(chǐ)輪泵的齒輪(lún)等零件。若(ruò)用帶輪(lún)、鍊輪等驅動時應設托架支承(chéng)，以防主動齒輪軸承受徑向力(lì)。緊固齒輪泵、電動機的地腳螺釘時，螺釘受力(lì)應均(jun1)勻，連接可靠。用手轉動聯軸器(qì)時，應感覺到齒輪(lún)泵能夠輕松地轉動，沒有卡緊等異常現象出現，然後才可以配管(guǎn)。高粘度齒輪泵的吸油管道内徑(jìng)應足夠(gòu)大，并避免狹窄通道或急劇拐彎、彎頭，去(qù)除不必要的閥門、附件，盡可(kě)能地降低泵的安裝(zhuāng)高度，縮短吸油管道的長度，以減少壓力損失。管(guǎn)接頭等元件的密封要(yào)良好，以防(fáng)止空氣侵(qīn)入，從而控制氣(qì)穴與氣蝕的發生。在開始運轉前，往(wǎng)齒輪泵的殼體内灌滿待輸送的液體，便(biàn)于安全動。若環境溫度低(dī)于冰點，應預先向泵内通入熱蒸汽，進行預熱(rè)處理(lǐ)，然後才可啟動(dòng)齒(chǐ)輪泵。齒(chǐ)輪泵的旋轉方向要與進、出油口相(xiàng)符。齒輪泵若是第一次運行，或長期(qī)閑置後再使用(yòng)，最好在空載或小負荷情況下先跑合(hé)一小時左右。如果在跑合階(jiē)段預先覺出異常溫(wēn)升、洩(xiè)漏、振動和噪聲時，應機檢查。高粘度泵的出口管路上還應當設置(zhì)安全閥等保護裝置，這(zhè)樣一旦泵的出口通道發生堵塞，就可(kě)以打開安全閥卸壓。對于需要正反轉的高粘度齒(chǐ)輪泵，其進出口管路上均需設置安(ān)全閥。High viscosity pump bearing or flange and its drive motor should use common installation basis, foundation, flange or support all needs to have enough rigidity, to reduce the vibration of gear pump is running and noise.Motor and gear pump with elastic shaft coupling, coaxial degree is less than 0.1 mm, Angle shall not be greater than 1 degree.When installing coupling hammer shall not be used, in order to avoid damage gear and other parts of the gear pump.If use the belt wheel, wheel, etc, shall set bracket support, in case of driving gear bearing by the radial force.Ground screw fastening gear pump, motor, screw force should be uniform, reliable connection.Turn the coupling with the hand, should feel can easily turn the gear pump, no abnormal phenomenon such as clamping, then can be piping.High viscosity gear pump oil suction pipe diameter should be large enough, and to avoid the narrow channel, or a sharp bend, bend, remove unnecessary valves, fittings, as much as possible to reduce the installation height of pump, shorten the length of the oil suction pipe, in order to reduce the pressure loss.Components, such as pipe joint sealed well, in order to prevent the air intrusion, thus control air-pocket and the occurrence of cavitation.Before starting operation, to gear pump casing filled with liquid, easy to safety.If the environment temperature is below freezing, should advance to pump into the hot steam, preheating treatment, and then to start the pump.Direction of rotation of the gear pump, oil outlet in accord.Gear pump is the first run, or long-term idle before using, had better under the condition of no load or small load to run one hour or so.If in the running-in stage in advance the abnormal temperature rise, leakage, vibration and noise, should machine inspection.High viscosity of the pump outlet pipe also shall set up relief valve or other protective device on the road, so that once the clogging pump export channels, can open the relief valve pressure relief.For high viscosity gear pump need positive &negative, import and export all needs to set up the line safety valve.
